Building the Pond

This is something I've wanted to do for a long while now: build a water garden. But never having the ground to put one in, or the real inspiration to get started, it's never been done.

But Pam and I were talking about it recently, and I started to get excited about the idea. So I told her we'd build a pond as her birthday present this year. So, nevermind the fact that her birthday was a month ago, we finished Pam's new pond this weekend.
